When should I arrive at the parking lot?

For parking, handling your luggage and the transfer to the airport, you should calculate 15 minutes. The airlines recommend to be at the check-in at least 2 hours prior to departure, for flight heading towards the USA even 3 hours. At the end of the day, it is up to you when you plan to arrive at the parking lot.

When to pay?

You always pay upon your return. For your convenience, you can pay cash, using an EC card, VISA or MasterCard. We also offer a monthly billing for our frequent customers.

What does Check-in or Handgepäck mean during the booking?

For our internal coordination, it is important to know, if you are travelling with hand luggage (“Handgepäck”) only or if you have to wait for your checked in luggage.

When will we get picked up?

We pick you up as soon as you have received your luggage and whenever you are ready for your transfer. Please give our shuttle driver a call at +49 (0)177 3334428.

When should I call you for the pick-up at the airport?

In the average case, we assume you are arriving with the flight that you stated during the booking procedure. If you had been booked to another flight, please let us know. You don’t have to notify us in case of a delay, though. As the delivery of checked-in luggage can always be delayed, we kindly ask you to give us a call only after having received your luggage completely. In case you should need to contact the airport’ service desk to claim damaged or missing baggage, please let us also know in order for us to plan accordingly.

How can I book?

For your conveniecen, please use our online booking system to reserve your parking lot. The booking system uses encrypted connections only. Every information needed for logistical reasons and for the sake of invoicing will be prompted.

What happens with my data?

Your personal data will only be used by us. If you book a car wash, we will pass your address data on to our partner CCS-Schwaig. Other than that, your personal data will not be passed on to other parties. You will neither receive any advertisements from us.
